Paddle Problems

Very easy, machine is quiet, loaf was good although for medium setting I feel the loaf was a little dark. My only issue is with the paddle. I feel like it should lock in. It gets stuck in the bread and it's impossible to get out without cutting the loaf. Would give 3.5 stars if possible.

No reference timetable. Review updated with new machine.

See below for original review. I was given a new bread maker six months after the original review and tried it out with a 1 and a half pound specialty loaf. This time it was Borst(beet or beetroot) Bread. The texture and the crust came out fine, but the loaf came in contact with the hood during cooking, causing it to fall. I am at 2200 feet, so I tried again with less yeast and got a perfect 1-1/2 pound Potato - thyme loaf with plenty of head space if a 2 pound loaf is needed. Do not like not having a recipe timetable so I have an idea when to add fruit and nuts or to take out the mixing paddle.
Original review I was only successful making a one pound loaf of regular bread. The other recipes failed to yield 1-1/2 or 2 pound loaves in any crust color. Compared to my old Oster, the bread pan is very light and the processing time is longer. The added time does not enable using a lighter bread pan for a longer amount of time. The pan does not get hot enough for the larger loaves or specialty breads. The attached picture is banana bread that oozed out uncooked batter when the bread pan was flipped over(back ground) and the bread shell left when put upright(foreground). The bread maker indicated the bread was done and I waited five minutes after removing the bread pan to flip it over to remove the loaf.

Works Great and is Very Quiet

This bread maker worked great with my first loaf. Was super easy to put together and use. There really is only the inner basket and mixer piece. I was able to put both in the dishwasher to clean. It was very quiet and I checked on it a couple of times to make sure it was still good. The bread I made was a little dense, I'm going to check out recipes on how to make a lighter loaf. Followed the directions which were nicely laid out in steps. The only issue I had with this is the lid came with a little dent. The sides were packed very nicely with Styrofoam put the front and bottom didn't have Styrofoam protecting them directly. I think that's why mine had a dent :(.

Insufficient directions and measuring

I just recieved this bread machime today
The measurements for ingredients are odd, manual doesn't tell you how far into the cycle to add raisins or other things, all it is supposed to beep 5 times, which didn't hear but it it about 1.5 hours into.2nd kneading to add raisim, nuts ect. Did make a perfect loaf at first try!.

Received a replacement - so far so good

Update: the manufacturer generously sent me a replacement unit. I've gotten a new delicious loaf from it so far and will update again if I run into any other issues.

This bread maker made a total of two loaves of bread. Two of them edible. I've tried everything, adjusting the measurements, changing to a newer yeast, no matter what I try it no longer makes bread successfully. Each time it produces a hard dried lump of dough. I suspect it is not heating properly. It made its first hardened dough ball the day after the return window closed.

Great Addition to a New Bread Maker's Kitchen and Lifestyle

Full disclosure: This is my first bread maker, and I just started making my own bread, so my frame of reference is limited. That said, I really like this unit. Bread making has been easy and fun, and following the simple recipes is a good way for a beginner like me to launch. The bread has turned out delicious*, soft and tasty inside and a golden crust outside, and with more research, I'm expanding my understanding and customizing recipes accordingly.
*I've tried making gluten-free bread three times, and getting the taste and texture right for that has been a challenge. I've learned that it's often tricky to get gluten-free bread just right and to use gluten-free bread flour and add extra liquid to the recipe so it doesn't turn out too dry and to reduce the likelihood of the paddle getting stuck in the dough.
The paddle has gotten stuck in the dough a few times, which means it didn't necessarily finish mixing and kneading thoroughly, so I recommend opening the unit and checking on that during the mixing and kneading process regardless of what kind of flour you're using. It'll be easy to put the paddle back into place if necessary and add a little water to the dough if it's too dry for mixing.
Also note that the proofing happens at room temperature because the unit does not warm up for that stage.
The first loaf I made was 1 lb. and it resulted in a ball of bread about half the size of the inner basket. A 2 lb. loaf fills the inner basket nicely and turns out as a rectangular loaf.
When unpacking the bread maker, be sure to remove the pieces of tape that hold parts in place.
The bread maker takes up less space than I had expected. It's a great addition to our kitchen and lifestyle.

It works!!!

Instruction could be better. I wish to know how long does each step takes and would love to extend individual step when needed.
The lightest color bread is already quite brown, I wish there's an even lighter color option.
Overall it's pretty good, was able to make decent bread fairly easily.

My new hobby!

I got it for Mother's Day after watching someone I follow on Tik Tok make a few recipes and I love it! I've made cinnamon rolls, hoagie rolls, yogurt, pizza dough and of course bread. Bread is actually my least favorite use. I highly recommend it!!

Easy to Set Up and Packed with Useful Features.

I was impressed with everything included in the box. It comes with a measuring cup, a double-ended measuring spoon, and even a handy hook for removing the kneading paddle. It has17 programs, and the control panel is simple to understand. The stainless steel finish looks great in the kitchen, and the non-slip feet help keep it stable on the counter. The pan was a little tight the first time, but after reading the instructions and twisting it into place, it was easy to install and remove. I haven't baked my first loaf yet because I still need to buy bread yeast, but my first impression of the machine is very positive."

Issue with the Non stick basket/pan

After a year the non stick pan driver has ceased up. Email the seller and will see what they say.

Update: Sell responded fast and new non stick pan has been mailed.

Putting it together: EASY!! ??

The aftermath: ????????????
This 1??6??-inch tall, absolute wretch of a dog ???? somehow got it off the stove top where it was resting under a towel, and ATE IT!!!!!!!! Well, most of it.
5??-second rule: I saved what was left, tried that nice soft middle and it is YUMMY!

Incredible Bread Maker

I have been using this bread machine for a few weeks now, and the overall performance has been fantastic. As a beginner, I was a bit nervous at first, but the step by step instructions were very easy to follow. The machine takes care of everything automatically. The kneading process works perfectly without making too much noise, and the dough rises really well. The texture of the bread is light, soft, and fluffy on the inside, while the crust comes out golden and crispy on the outside.
Its reliability has really impressed me; every single loaf turns out delicious with no mistakes. Cleaning it is also super easy thanks to the non stick pan. If you want fresh, delicious homemade bread with zero stress, this machine is definitely worth it!

Better bread than the crap in stores

Great little bread maker. You have to play around with the ingredients a little bit. If you're finding your bread a little too dense, add a little bit more water or less flour. Just play with the flour and water levels, and you'll get a good loaf. I do find that the yeast in packets is mediocre. Buy some decent yeast.

Its as good as they say.

All the reviews and YT videos that imply its easier than you think...are all correct. I love this machine, and I definitely love making my own bread since the stuff in the supermarket tast like crap.
