I love that it is adjustable as well, so every candle will fit. It comes with 2 bulbs that are magnetic. It heats and starts melting the candle fairly quickly and evenly. I plugged mine up in the kitchen & within 20 minutes, I can smell it throughout the front half of my house and down the hallway. It comes fully assembled right out of the box, the only thing needed is to install one of the two included bulbs into the fixture, plug it in and turn it on. The second bulb can be put away for a later time if the bulb burns out as a replacement, it's nice they included an extra bulb. Literally it takes less than 3 minutes from the box to using it for wax or candles. It provides some lighting in the room as well. The controller allows full control over timers from 2-, 4-, or 8-hour settings to automatically turn off at the specified time chosen. On the controller as well are a + and - button to adjust the level of brightness of the lamp as desired. The adjustability of this lamp sets it apart from many other, it can be adjusted with a simple twist from 2.7"-6.1" in height. It will hold a 6" tall candle when fully extended. I am thrilled with this adorable looking candle warmer lamp, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!

This arrived very well protected in a box - Styrofoam everywhere! And when you take it out, you will just be giddy with happiness because IT'S. SO. PRETTY. The glass lamp portion is an amber color and it has a nice vintage look to it. I was going to give it to my parents but their kitchen is a bit too modern and honestly I'll like it more. The lamp height is adjustable for the height of the candle, but the best part is the timer. I can't be trusted to remember to blow out candles or turn lights off, so having a timed shut-off is ideal for me. I can set it to 2, 4, or 8 hours (although It's like it better if they have a safety shut off at 12 hours).

It comes with 2 lamp lights, and having a backup is just *chef's kiss* - I didn't realize it was coming with one, so way to bypass my expectations.
